We will gather to reflect upon      Jesus’ final days and hours leading up to his crucifixion, to pray, to  worship in song and celebrate the Lord’s supper together.                             

Roberts Memorial Free Methodist Church is providing an opportunity for Parents to have some time to prepare for the Holidays. We are offering free child care for a 4 hour period on December 9th.  During this time your child(ren) will have fun doing crafts, playing games, watching a movie and of course eating healthy snacks while you do your shopping, wrap gifts or just stay home.  Our theme is Mary & Bright.

We will be starting up a new Grief Share group. This is a 13 week series of videos and study that helps group members apply biblical principles to the healing process after the death of a loved one. Throughout the videos and workbook, participants see how the gospel brings hope and restoration.

We will gather at 7 pm to celebrate God’s faithfulness, share what we are thankful for and to pray for God to guide us as we follow him in uncertain times.

We are hosting a cruise event. If you are interested in showing your car or just want to come down and see some cars come on over. There will be music and prizes!

All cars entered will be entered into a drawing for a chance to win one of four $25.00 gas cards.

Bring your lawn chair (or you can sit at a picnic table) and prepare to worship outside at the pavilion.

We’re doing things a bit different this year and hosting a drive thru picnic. We will be providing Hotdogs, Chips, Carrots and a beverage for you to take with you and enjoy! This event starts at noon until we are out of food! We look forward to seeing you!

Join us for our Mother’s Day Drive-In Service On Sunday, May 10th @10:30 am. We will be practicing social distancing so please do not get out of your car. We look forward to worshiping with you! We will also stream our service on Facebook Live.

We will be showing the movie “The Blind Side” on Friday August 23rd at DUSK. This event is free and open to anyone who would like to attend. Bring your lawn chair or a blanket and join us on the lawn behind Roberts Memorial FMC at 111 South Street in Cattaraugus, NY.

A bit about the movie: Michael Oher (Quinton Aaron), a homeless black teen, has drifted in and out of the school system for years. We will be showing the movie “Breakthrough” on Friday July 26th at DUSK. This event is free and open to all who would like to attend. Pack your lawn chairs/blankets and join us on the lawn.

Weather permitting we will be showing “Zootopia” on the lawn at dusk. Bring your lawn chairs, blankets and snacks. This is the first of our summer movie’s on the lawn.

We will be hosting a craft and vendor show to benefit Cattaraugus Village Events. If you are interested in reserving a table please contact Thresa Wick at 716-238-4416. The trading post will be selling hot turkey sandwiches.

We will be hosting a Spaghetti Dinner Fundraiser to support Katie Jones as she goes on a mission trip to the Dominican Republic with her softball team. They will be holding a softball clinic and participating in other ministry opportunities. The dinner will include spaghetti, garlic bread, salad, and a dessert. The costs are : 3 & Under are free, ages 4-11 are $5.00, ages 12 and older are $7.00 and a family is $20.00. Take out will be available and you can call ahead to order at 257-3326.
